Nanoparticles - Safe Or Not? In Your Food and Cosmetics - Are They Dangeraous or Harmful To Your Health?
Nanoparticles are microscopically small particles that are currently being added to many products including food and cosmetics. Chances are that you have ingested nanoparticles if you have eaten in restaurants or consumed processed foods. These minute particles are so small that millions of these particles can fit on the head of a pin.
What does this mean for human and animal bodies? How do we absorb these particles? Have they been tested for safety?
It turns out that we may absorb these particles in a much more dangerous way than first assumed. And, no, they haven’t all been thoroughly tested for safety.
When we ingest these particles, they cause the body to respond in an unnatural way. These small particles are very foreign to the body. In recent research with chickens, scientists noted that the chickens’ bodies developed abnormal digestive tract alterations in response to exposure to these particles.
Due to these unnatural changes, their digestive tracts seemed to be much more susceptible to the absorption of much higher levels of other harmful chemicals and toxins. In other words, the chickens became more vulnerable to toxin overload. The normal body would process and eliminate such toxins more readily than those bodies that had been exposed to these nanoparticles.

We have always deplored the use of nanoparticles and nanites. Because of their minute size, these particles can be blown about freely without any method of capture or control. It is virtually impossible to test for safety, other than foisting it upon unsuspecting consumers and waiting for any negative repurcussions.
How Do We Avoid These Particles?
Buy products that do no contain such particles. If necessary, contact the companies who manufacture your products. Ask them if they use nanoparticles. Of SPECIAL importance are products that you ingest or put on your skin. Cosmetics and cleaning products nanoparticles can travel right through the skin and be absorbed throughout the entire body.

Superbug Warning - Gonorrhea Becoming Increasingly 'Untreatable'
“The latest evidence: gonorrhea is becoming resistant to all standard antibiotic treatment .” ~ The Scientific American, February 8th, 2012
Physicians from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Washington have warned in the latest New England Journal of Medicine that gonnorhea is increasing in resistance to all antibiotics to such a degree that is is fast approaching being ‘untreatable.’
In other words, gonorrhea is fast becoming so virulent and resistant that there may be no more types of antiobiotics that can effectively treat it.
This comes on the heels of another recent report that a particularly resistant form of e-coli has been found in the otherwise pristine waters of Antarctica. Emerging infectious bacteria and viruses are becoming steadily more resistant to current forms of antibiotics and other treatment methods threatening to spread uninhibited.
What does this mean for those who live a more permissive sexual lifestyle?
There are approximately 700,000 cases of gonorrhea in the United States, annually. The likelihood of running into an infected partner grows with each casual encounter. It is important to weigh the risks and take proper precautions.

Methods To Prevent the Transmission of Gonorrhea
It may not be possible to eliminate all risks in becoming infected with gonorrhea other than abstinence, but there may be some steps that can be beneficial.
Here are a list of methods to help prevent transmission:
1. Abstinence From Casual Sex
Having one’s self and their partner tested can be 100% effective as long as both partners remain monogamous.
2. Condoms
Using latex condoms can offer some protection by reducing the risk, but transmission prevention is not guaranteed.
3. Complete Abstinence
The only surefire way to prevent infection is to abstain from sexual contact, or, as mentioned above, live in a completely monogamous relationship with a gonorrhea-free partner.
There are no chemical protectants that will prevent transmission.

Left untreated, gonorrhea can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, sterility, arthritis, swelling, skin problems, infections of internal organs.

We knew that, didn’t we?
The latest “Stress in America” report has a few cogent takeaways as reported in the Washington Times by Dan Zak.
QUOTE
Takeaway 1: Life involves money, work and relationships.
Takeaway 2: Money, work and relationships cause stress.
Takeaway 3: Stress causes chronic illness.
Takeaway 4: Chronic illness causes death.
According to Zak, the proper conclusion is that Life causes death. All humor aside, evidence is mounting that stress can be “killing you before you can do anything about it,” according to Katherine C. Nordal, executive director for professional practice at the APA (American Psychological Association).
And, according to Norman B. Anderson, chief executive of the APA, stress can actually cause the brain to shrink.
On the other hand, stress can be a bit of a good thing when contending with dangerous or compelling situations. It can be a great motivator and provide the strength and will to overcome or escape. But constant, subtle stress that we endure throughout the day in the form of daily annoyances or feelings of helplessness can lead to all sorts of health problems.
The reason is that the body can be whipsawed by seething stress hormones, enzymes and misfiring neurotransmitters. The result? High blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, depression, heart attacks, obesity, sleep disorders, and, according to Zak, “death, death, death.”
The study concluded that the problem of stress is “so profound that we need to wake people up to this. Some stress is good if it motivates people to say, ‘I need to do something.’?”
It’s time to address stress and take action to reduce it, even prevent it as much as humanly possible.
There are many methods to reduce stress, including biofeedback, meditation, exercise, relaxing and fun activities. Sometimes, even watching a fun movie can help. Having a sense of humor is a plus, while pursuing an enjoyable hobby, or just spending pleasant time relaxing with loved ones.
Another very helpful method to reduce stress is to provide the body with the best nutrition one can. Fresh, raw and if possible, organically grown fruits and vegetables served in healthy salads and blender smoothies drinks can strengthen and help rejuvenate the immune system and assist the body to maintain peak performance.
One of the easiest methods to improve nutrition is to make green smoothies and fresh fruit shakes . Cutting back on fast foods and other types of processed foods, sodas and other high-salt, high-fat and high-sugar meals is crucial.
Reducing and even eliminating stress is very doable. The study finds that it is paramount for people to address their stress now. Stress is a killer.

What is the PERFECT and BEST GREEN SMOOTHIE Recipe?
It would have to be a very subjective recipe indeed as everyones’ tastes and bodily preferences are so different. After all, one girl’s elixir is another girl’s witch’s brew.
With that in mind, Ellienne writes about her new found respect for the Green Smoothie, what spawned her interest, what works for her and some of her favorite potent recipes.

I was watching an Arnoldsway Youtube video and was impressed by his love for the Green Smoothie. Particularly impressive was a story of how one person was cured of Pancreatic Cancer via Green Smoothies. Possible? Anything’s possible… : )
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most difficult of cancers to cure. Some doctors say it’s near impossible and the prognoses are almost universally dire. So if Green Smoothies did help, it would indeed be remarkable.
Point: Green smoothies may be a very good thing indeed.
Arnold’s Green Smoothie Recipe
1 pear
1 apple
2 bananas
16 ounces of water
4 leaves of Collards or greens
However Collards are BIG so Arnold did mention he drank a head of romaine in his morning smoothies, so if you use smaller leaves then more might be apropos.
But is this the perfect Green Smoothie recipe for me? I’m not sure. Here below are some of my current favorites.

You may be getting hidden doses of aspartame in unsuspecting food sources. This artificial sweetener is hidden in candies, cookies, softdrinks, snack foods and other processed foods without direct labeling. It is used in artificial sweeteners such as Equal or NutraSweet. It can also be labeled within the ingredients paragraph by other non-specific nomenclature.
Aspartame is created with the use of Monsanto’s genetically modified bacteria. Among a host of health repurcussions such as cancer and neurological symptoms from its ingestion, it has particularly come under fire for having “excitoxic” effects.
Excitotoxins stimulate and the cells to overproduce response chemicals thus exhausting them and causing them to die out prematurely. The brain is particularly sensitive to these excitotoxins. This can be of major concern when considering the affect this sweetener may have on the developing brains of young children.
Aspartame is addictive. The more you use, the more your body forms a chemical dependency. When used regularly, aspartame use can be hard to break.
Again, in studies, aspartame has been strongly linked to tumor formation and severe neurological disorders. This sweetener may be one you will wish to fastidiously avoid. Be aware of hidden sources of aspartame, and minimize your intake as much as possible. Some of the better alternatives include natural, organic Stevia.

Joey Hemsley, M.D. reveals that fluoridation may do much more harm than good. Dental fluorosis and other problems can result, especially in very young children. The American Medical Association now recommends that all baby formula be made with non-fluoridated water.
If a child consumes a pea sized amount of fluoridated toothpaste, it is recommended on the container that the Poison Control Center be contacted. Fluoride is considered a poison substance that should not be ingested.

Doctors may very well avoid emergency and other medical treatments that they do use on their patients.
Why?
Many of these treatments will cause needless and unbearable suffering with little to show for it. Doctors have seen, over and over again, patients go through inordinate suffering with abosolutely no beneficial purpose, other than to assuage the feelings of unknowing relatives.
Many of these doctors would absolutely avoid any such treatment for themselves, knowing them to be an exercise in futility.
In life and death emergencies, it has been show that, contrary to common belief, CPR rarely leads to a successful outcome. Instead, it may cause more injury and keep someone alive for only a short period of time while in great agony. Many doctors personally abhor the procedural effects of resuscitation.
Family members are unaware of the undue suffering they may be causing their loved ones, when they give license to doctors to proceed with all measures possible to maintain life.

Many common foods that you consume everyday may actually be contributing to ill health, even cancer. Some of the worst offenders include the following:

GE FOODS
Genetically engineered foods may be one of the most pressing dangers facing humanity as a species. Scientists have discovered a new organism that they’ve never seen before, infest GE corn and the animals given GE feed. A number of such animals suffer from extremely high rates of miscarriage and infertility, amongst other ills. Up to 70% of cows miscarried after being fed GE foods.

Particularly insidious is the fact that GE food may contain organisms that do not behave like normal life forms. Dr. Don Huber, a GMO expert and research scientist, states, “[the organism] is not a fungus. It’s not bacteria. It’s not a mycoplasma or a virus – [although] it’s about the same size of a small virus… They have pictures of it… You can see the interactions with it. They can now culture it. It’s self-replicating… If you have yeast, bacteria, or a fungus in the culture, this entity grows very well.”
He also states that, “we can anticipate with that broad spectrum of animal species, which is extremely unusual, that it will also [affect] humans. We’ve seen an increasing frequency of miscarriage and a dramatic increase in infertility in human populations in just the last eight to 10 years. ”
Almost every processed food that you purchase from the grocery store may contain GE ingredients, UNLESS the product is labeled, “100% USDA Organic.”
GE products are often grown with Roundup Ready, an herbicide and insecticide prolifically used on GE and GMO crops. Roundup contains glyphosate which prevents the absorption of certain nutrients, thus rendering them inaccessible to the plants. When you eat these plants, you are being robbed of those essential micronutrients that are readily available in naturally grown foods.
Additionally, glyphosate CANNOT be washed off. It is absorbed systemically throughout the entire plant system. This means that you will be getting a dose of herbicide with every bite you eat of the plant, or the plant’s byproducts.
Gloyphosate has been implicated in the cause of genetic damage, infertility, and even cancer. It is ACUTELY toxic to fish and birds and kills the extremely valuable natural fauna, beneficial insects and vital soil nutrients and that are so crucial for plant reproduction and ecological balance.
GE ingredients come in the form of additives, seasonings, thickeners, oils, fillers, sweeteners, texture modifiers, broth, and more. They are often hidden and difficult, even impossible to identify on the label. They may be labeled by seeming unrelated names.
MICROWAVE POPCORN
It turns out that microwave popcorn gives off toxic chemicals when subjected to microwave cooking. The high, intense radiation causes the release of various volatile oils, esters as well as toxic chemicals that are impregnated on the inside of the bags. These chemicals have been found to be a possible cause for infertility and cancer.
CORN FED BEEF
These days, cows and steers are fed a very irritating mix of corn husks, stalks and kernels that are mostly genetically modified. These harsh foods cause grave indigestion and discomfort to the cattle, as well as fattens them up and leaves genetically engineered organisms within their meat. In addition, their gastro-intestinal tracts and bodies are particularly stressed and subject to inflammation and infection. Such cattle are fed a constant regimen of antibiotics. These cattle are also fed protein and feed supplements that usually contain chicken farm byproducts. Such beef is higher in fat, lower in nutrition and may contain harmful residues.
CANNED TOMATOES & OTHER ACIDIC CANNED FOODS
Cans most often are lined with a coating that contains bisphenol-A (BPA), a synthetic estrogen that mimics real estrogen in the body, yet can contribute to many illnesses. Acidic foods can increase the amount of leeching of this chemical into the food.
COTTONSEED OIL
Cottonseed oil is notorious for containing larger amounts of pesicide and herbicide residues. Modern cotton is particularly susceptible to fungii, mold, insect infestation and other plant diseases. Cottonseed oil is used commonly in commercial kitchens for deep frying, and added to many frozen, canned and processed foods. This oil should be avoided. Additionally, GMO cotton contains genetic material from living organisms, and may contain some types of “moving” fibers. Some have claimed that such cotton may contribute to the condition known as Morgellon’s Disease.
CANOLA OIL
Canola oil is a man-madefood product derived from the toxic rapeseed. Highly processed and genetically modified to reduce the toxic amounts of erucic acid with oleic acid, this oil, has very little nutritional value and is a polyunsaturated fat that has long since been found to contribute to disease. Polyunsaturated vegetable oils are no longer considered a healthy food, but rather harmful to health.
The best vegetable oil for frying or sauteing is non-GMO, organically grown peanut oil, which takes high temperatures well in comparison to other vegetable oils, especially olive oil.
SUGAR BEETS
At one time, beets were considered healthy and part of a nutritious diet. These days, sugar beets are bred for high sugar content and are genetically engineered. They are the second largest source of sucrose in the world.

After the World War II, the Russians also experimented with microwave ovens. From 1957 up to recently, their research has been carried out mainly at the Institute of Radio Technology at Klinsk, Byelorussia. According to US researcher William Kopp, who gathered much of the results of Russian and German research – and was apparently prosecuted for doing so (J. Nat. Sci, 1998; 1:42-3) – the following effects were observed by Russian forensic teams:
1. Heating prepared meats in a microwave sufficiently for human consumption created:
* d-Nitrosodiethanolamine (a well-known cancer-causing agent)
* Destabilization of active protein biomolecular compounds
* Creation of a binding effect to radioactivity in the atmosphere
* Creation of cancer-causing agents within protein-hydrosylate compounds in milk and cereal grains;
2. Microwave emissions also caused alteration in the catabolic (breakdown) behavior of glucoside – and galactoside – elements within frozen fruits when thawed in this way;
3. Microwaves altered catabolic behavior of plant-alkaloids when raw, cooked or frozen vegetables were exposed for even very short periods;
4. Cancer-causing free radicals were formed within certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances, especially in raw root vegetables;
5. Ingestion of micro-waved foods caused a higher percentage of cancerous cells in blood;
6. Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions occurred in the lymphatic system, causing degeneration of the immune system=s capacity to protect itself against cancerous growth;
7. The unstable catabolism of micro-waved foods altered their elemental food substances, leading to disorders in the digestive system;
8. Those ingesting micro-waved foods showed a statistically higher incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers, plus a general degeneration of peripheral cellular tissues with a gradual breakdown of digestive and excretory system function;
9. Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritional value of all foods studied, particularly:
* A decrease in the bioavailability of B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotrophics
* Destruction of the nutritional value of nucleoproteins in meats
* Lowering of the metabolic activity of alkaloids, glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides (all basic plant substances in fruits and vegetables)
* Marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods.
As a result microwave ovens were banned in Russia in 1976; the ban was lifted after Perestroika.”
