The Following Foods Contain High Levels of MSG Derivatives

Mushrooms, overripe tomatoes, body builder drink powders containing protein, natural flavors, Parmesan, Marmite, gelatin, regular gel caps for medications and supplements, seaweed extract, Kombu extract, malted barley & flour, beet juice extract and some cosmetics and shampoos contain high levels of these excitotoxins in the form of glutamates.

Some organic baby foods (Yo Baby) add beet juice extract, thus adding excitotoxins.

Additionally, white flour and other types of flour are specially processed to increase their glutamic acid level, thus rendering the baked goods “addictive.”
