What is It?
Evoked Potential Biofeedback is the biochemical reaction and electrical response of the body to electrical “frequency” stimulation.

The body will respond to electro-magnetic frequencies and send back corresponding frequencies to a receiving biofeedback device.

Professor Bill Nelson
The EPFX Biofeedback system was designed by a Professional Health Practitioner, Professor Bill Nelson. Bill Nelson’s expertise is in the area of physics and mathematics.

Originally part of the Apollo space program, Bill Nelson later applied his deep understanding of quantum physics and particle science to the functionality and health health of the human body.

Bill Nelson is a unique, interesting and individualistic inventor. He is a controversial figure in many respects, having refused to comply with what he perceives as over-regulation and huge corporate influence over health care.

He has been decried as a fraud, and yet the success of his device has effectively countered the accusations. He dares to be different, to live a non-conventional lifestyle, even though some may disapprove.

There is no doubt that he is abolutely brilliant and that he has helped thens of thousands of people around the world with a number of health issues.

Quantum Physics & Biology
Quantum Physics is built upon the theory that all matter consists of varying forms of vibrations.

Most of us have a basic understanding of this through the Einstein formula, E=MC2 or Energy = Mass x The Speed of Light Squared.

Simplified, this formula implies that there is an extremely close relationship between energy and matter. In other words, waves and particles can coexist, even becoming interchangeable.

Living creatures can also be classified simultaneously as consisting of both solid and wave formation.

Development of the Machine
With combined relational Quantum Physics and Biology, Bill Nelson developed a machine he claimed could analyze and manipulate the flow of energy throughout the human body.

Various Acronyms
Historically, the machine has been identified with the following acronyms: EPFX (Electro Physiological Frequency Xrroid), QXCI (Quantum Xrroid Consciousness Interface), SCIO (Scientific Consciousness Interface Operation), SCIO USA.

In the United States, the device goes by the name SCIO or SCIO USA and has been approved by the FDA for Biofeedback stress reduction.

The EPFX / SCIO can be considered a device that assists health practitioners in finding energy imbalances in both humans and animals.

Chemistry and Wave Properties
In the world of chemistry, every element, mineral, vitamin, cell, enzyme and protein has a specific shape, composition, mass and weight.

When all of these are evaluated at the quantum level, it is generally accepted that they also have specific wave properties, or energies that can send and receive frequencies.

At the quantum level, not only do each of the above have shape and mass, but also wave properties, or energy.

Frequencies and Imbalances
By measuring the transmission of specific frequencies with respect to the wave forms of the components, imbalances in the living body can be found.

SCIO EPFX Printouts
The EPFX / SCIO Biofeedback machine provides a printout of the various levels of vitamins, amino acids (the components of protein), minerals, enzymes (composed of proteins), sugars, toxins, hormone levels (fats), bacteria, molds, fungi, and viruses found in the human or animal body.

Once these levels are measured and evaluated, the stressors in the body are identified.  New frequencies can be tranmitted to stimulate and or facilitate the reduction of these stressors.
